This is my second season of hunting whitetails. I tagged my first deer last Thursday with a 44 magnum. I’m not looking for attention but I bring this up because I can honestly say that your tips and videos have helped me learn a lot about the right ways to hunt for these animals. Thank you for all you do for us hunters.
Great info Grant! If it’s possible could you maybe add some tips for people who live up north where certain plants can’t grow and it’s a lot colder.
Last year I shot a doe with my xbow ten minutes later a small spike came by and was walking around her and pawing the dirt
He calls those deer sling shot, potential, etc. but I would call all those bucks “dead”
How does the deer not just jump the fence since its so low to the ground?

Do you take the electric fence down after the season is over and how do you remove the posts.
You can only take 3 bucks a year in South Carolina now and you can take 8 doe I think. But you have to tag them as soon as you kill them now.

Grant, have you ever considered using a suppressor/silencer on your rifle to protect your hearing and not to alert the deer as much? I will never hunt from a stand without one ever again!
