Look at the blood on Slingshots antlers! He must've been playing with the dead doe.

This is my second season of hunting whitetails. I tagged my first deer last Thursday with a 44 magnum. I’m not looking for attention but I bring this up because I can honestly say that your tips and videos have helped me learn a lot about the right ways to hunt for these animals. Thank you for all you do for us hunters.

Great info Grant! If it’s possible could you maybe add some tips for people who live up north where certain plants can’t grow and it’s a lot colder.

He calls those deer sling shot, potential, etc. but I would call all those bucks “dead”

I’ve been watching your videos for years now, and I appreciate your respect and love for nature and your love for God! I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to watch your videos and how much I love forward every week for your new videos to come up! Thanks for being an amazing example for all hunters! Thanks to your how to videos I was able to help out a friend who bagged a deer this year, and butcher and process the deer for them! It was my first time ever butchering a deer myself and your videos made it easy! Thank you so much! We pray for your family often and hope God continues to bless you, your family, and your growing deer team! 😁💗

You can only take 3 bucks a year in South Carolina now and you can take 8 doe I think. But you have to tag them as soon as you kill them now.

I've been watching your show for about 5 years now. It even got me starting to film. I was wondering what you guys do with all the deer carcasses? If you get some wood chips and you could make some amazing compost.

Reply
Steven Solinko - December 16, 2018

Grant, have you ever considered using a suppressor/silencer on your rifle to protect your hearing and not to alert the deer as much? I will never hunt from a stand without one ever again!
